In general, seems OK. An important note I would like to address though is the guys who cost less than 10. That's reserved for Pokemon who, not to put too fine a point on it, suck ass. Things aren't worth 6 or 8 just because they are on the bottom of their respective evolutionary chains, but because they are genuinely small time. About the biggest Pokemon I could see letting go for 8 points or less would be Sentret or maybe Clefa. Horsea is actually kind of hard core. Luvdisc has a better stat line than a starter Pokemon. A good resource for ranking regular Pokemon can be found here.

It tells us some surprising things. Like how I gave Ninetales as an example of a 7th level Pokmon, but it's going to have to be much higher than that, because Ninetales is fucking badass. Of basic water-type pokemon in the under 10 category, I really couldn't see anything more than Wooper, Feebas, and Magikarp.

Now, obviously strict adherence to base stat totals in the gameboy game isn't even desirable. Many Pokemon are better or worse due to extraneous factors. Shedinja's stats blow monkey ass, but he does have the most broken power in the game. Scyther has the same stats as Heracross or Pinsir, but he's "obviously" worth more points because Scyther has much better moves and is justifiably feared. But it's a good start.

Also, not all the types need to have an under-10 bracket at all. The weakest Fire Pokemon in the game is Slugma, and he's basically even with Spinarak, so he probably costs 10.

Yeah, may as well make Rock Body the same as Hard Rock. I think Hardbody should be distinct since in my mind it didn't necessarily have any connotations with rock and merely meant a defensive moveset. Spatial Rift and Dimensional Rift ought to be one and the same too, must've just missed that one.

Went back and edited the Water Chart. Horsea and all the others below 10 (except Feebas, Wooper, and Magikarp) have been beefed up a bit. Replaced Ball with Sphere, Spatial to Dimensional, and replaced Rock Body with Hard Rock. Let me know any further suggestions for changing up point values, but in general I think it's pretty okay. I'll take a look at that link in just a bit too.

Oh, I agree that Hardbody should be a separate one. Anyway, here are a few more movelists. Because all the Worm things are crap, with the exception of the D&D one, I made it a shortlist that is pretty much all the moves those Worm ones get, plus Dig.

Likewise Delicious only seems to apply to Combee, so I gave all of Combee's moves (yes, both of them), and added a few that would sort of mesh well with the concept.

Delicious is mostly a Plant moveset. In Pokemon world, the following Pokemon make a big deal about being delicious:

Vampires should not sparkle. Unless they are Firebat.

Anyway, we should probably sign up for these things in advance, because it takes quite a while to write one of these lists. And while they will doubtless get changed (like, I don't know what the Ground Movesets are called, so Torterra is probably not stopping at Desert Storm and getting something else like Geomancy or World Shakng or something. Also: the Water Type writeup of Ludicolo doesn't have Dancer, which is unacceptable). But still, it's really good to have stuff down. Most of it probably won't change. Vespiquen and Metapod are pretty happy right where they are I think.

So I am going to do Fighting or Ghost and then the other tomorrow. If other people want to do Electric or Ground, that's totally keen because I am not super inspired to do either.

Lots of Type combinations that don't normally appear in the Pokemon World appear in the D&D world. Fighting/Ghost (Swordwraith/Deathknight/Ragewind), Fighting/Rock (Caryatid/Slaughterstone), and Fighting/Dark (Kyton/Erinyes/Marilith) are all combos you will not find in Sinnoh.
